FOAM CARVING
Foam is a cost-effective, durable, lightweight, and versatile material, which we carve for a variety of custom structural and aesthetic applications. Using Expanded PolySterene as our main sculpting material, our resident artists are able to hand-cut imaginative and functional pieces with precision and speed.
HARD COATING
After the foam is carved, it needs to be specially treated in order to be primed, sanded, and painted. Our in-house hard-coating machine sprays a rigid Polyurethane which prevents breaking, protects against weather conditions, and is anti-abrasive, all while preserving the finer details of the finished piece.
